Warranty

With unmatched quality and craftsmanship, we stand behind all of our products. 

 All of our products come with a 10 year warranty that covers all manufacturer defects. The warranty will not cover the normal wear and tear from general use of the product.

Once your warranty claim is submitted and approved we ask that you return the defective product.

Repairs

Wear and tear is going to occur with the normal use of all products. We offer a full repair service for all of our friction calls and strikers.

 From scratches to cracks to broken soundboards or other components we are able to make any and all repairs. If not covered under warranty, repair costs will be case specific. 

 Turn around time for product repairs will be discussed during the filing process.
